Not sure which one? In Excel, go to File → Account → About Excel — the version (32-bit or 64-bit) is shown at the very top. If you still can't tell, choose 64-bit; it's correct for the large majority of systems.
Updating won't affect your license. Your existing license key keeps working after you install a new version — just replace the old file and you're done. No need to re-purchase or re-activate.
How to install or update
Download the version above that matches your Excel.
Save the .xll file somewhere permanent — not your Downloads folder (e.g. a "SchedPro" folder in Documents).
If Windows shows a security warning: right-click the file → Properties → tick "Unblock" → OK.
In Excel: File → Options → Add-ins → Manage: Excel Add-ins → Go → Browse, then select the file.
Updating? Replace the old .xll with the new one in the same folder, keeping the same filename — Excel will load the new version next time it opens.
Browser or antivirus warning? This is normal for Excel add-ins (.xll files), because they contain program code. The file is safe — choose "Keep" if your browser asks, and use the "Unblock" step above if Windows prompts.
